How do I add to an existing order?

If you already have an order in processing, you can add items to that order by creating a new basket for whatever items you wish to add and at checkout you’ll see the option to add it to the existing order.

How do I add to an existing subscription?

If you want to add items to your subscription to be included on an ongoing basis, you’ll find an “Add to existing subscription” button on each relevant product listing.

How do I add a one-off purchase to an existing subscription?

You will need to wait until your subscription renewal order is in processing before you can add items. Once the renewal payment has processed on your given payment day, you can add items to that order by creating a new basket for whatever items you wish to add and at checkout you’ll see the option to add it to the respective order.

How do the subscription renewal payments & deliveries work?

Your subscription will always follow the same pattern as the original order. For example, if you placed the original order on a Monday at 9am for delivery on a Tuesday, each recurring payment and delivery will follow the same pattern. Should your regular delivery day fall on a Bank Holiday, the delivery will defer to the next available day.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes absolutely – email paul.home@fsfruit.co.uk and we can pause your subscription should you be away on holiday.

How do I register for the Blue Light Card / Care Worker discount?

You’ll need to register/create an account on the website – click the link in the top left-hand corner to register, then log in and complete your name and address fields and email paul.home@fsfruit.co.uk once you’re done.

Can I swap items?

Yes – we can swap up to three items per set box but the items you want ‘swapped in’ must be part of the original box. So, you can more of a certain item and less of another.

How do I add notes to my order?

You can add any swap notes for the boxes in the ‘Swap’ box on the product listing – if you need to add any delivery instructions, this can be done at checkout.

How do I add notes to my subscription?

When you place the initial order, you’ll see the option to add any swap notes. If you would like to update these notes from time to time, email paul.home@fsfruit.co.uk

Do you collect any empty boxes?

Yes, absolutely – leave them out on the day of your next delivery and the driver will collect them.

What time do you deliver?

Between 9am – 9pm

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the whole of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire as well as to Bristol, Bath, Weston-super-Mare and everything in between.
